ASI BAC855 upgrade for INOKIM OX

Most improved, with a lot of power and functions ASI BAC855 plug and play version for Inokim OX scooter.

With this setup we worked more than 3 years to present you the best quality and abilities with this controller!

We will prepare the new controller, that you will not need to solder or remake anything.

Simply open the bottom of the scooter, remove the old one and replace it with a new controller

Controller size: 81mm x 55mm x 39mm
Controller weight: 300 grams.

During the installation, make sure that the new controller and cables are protected from dirt and water.

Before you buy, you must specify which battery you will use with controller:

• Original OX ECO – original Inokim OX eco battery – 48v. 13ah. (controller will be configured – 1520w). Maximum speed increases up to ~ 54 km/h (tested with 65kg person).
• Original OX HERO – original Inokim OX hero battery – 60v. 13ah. (controller will be configured – 1835w). Maximum speed increases up to ~ 60 km/h (tested with 65kg person).
• Original OX SUPER – original Inokim OX super battery – 60v. 21ah. (controller will be configured – 2650w). Maximum speed increases up to ~ 72 km/h (tested with 65kg person).
• Custom option 1 – 60v., custom-made battery which can give-out at least 100a. (controller will be configured – 5500w). Maximum speed increases up to ~ 78 km/h (tested with 65kg person).
• Custom option 2 – 72v., custom-made battery which can give-out at least 100a. (controller will be configured – 6250w). Maximum speed increases up to ~ 83 km/h (tested with 65kg person).

Limits:

For EU clients we can offer to add a connector which will make your scooter legal on roads with this upgrade kit.
EU version upgrade kits come with additional connector to limit controller to 25 km/h (easily can be removed / added by connector on controller).

Also you have to chose which display you want to use with your scooter because you must to change original throttle with screen.

• 750C display:

1 Assist level = 35%
2 Assist level = 65%
3 Assist level = 100%
(Assists levels will limit speed and power – torque. 3 Assist level is set to 100% of controller power).

Each assist power level can be easily changed by yourself in display setting by “%”.

• Eggrider V2:

(with this display you will get additional button to turn on / off the controller)

• If you do not need display on the scooter, you can choose NONE. You will get this throttle with button to turn on / off controller and with led display which shows only voltage:
